Police are concerned about the welfare of a “vulnerable” man who went missing from Westminster on Saturday night (September 23).
Mohammed Saad, 32, was last seen at 8pm when he left an address on Cato Street to go for a walk.
Mr Saad has autism and speaks very little English;
